This inspiring brief encompassed both a fundamental UX and UI redesign of the site in - and its development on a Sitecore platform that would enable personalised and tailored interactions with McGrath’s diverse target audiences.

The District Group produced the IA, UX and UI for the McGrath digital experience. A collaborative project completed as part of the District Group, the site was developed to maximise use of its Sitecore content management system. An insightful content strategy, powered by Sitecore’s personalisation capabilities, ensures that users are provided with tailored, relevant information upon repeat visits to the McGrath site.
This ambitious project was delivered under disciplined Agile methodology, resulting in a both robust and inspiring website that enables:
- 80,000 properties to be displayed at any one time
- Real-time integration with McGrath's CRM system
- 86, 600 listings in real-time during the day
- Content personalisation and marketing automation
