## 01 - The stall

You've had this conversation and lost it.

Your client runs Sitecore XM or XP on .NET MVC. It works. They've built a decade of custom components on top of it. You quote them a rebuild in React and NextJS on Vercel - because that's what the new Sitecore tooling needs - and the number lands somewhere north of six figures. They defer. They keep paying for legacy hosting. You keep pitching. Nothing happens.

Meanwhile Sitecore is shipping everything new on SitecoreAI. The gap widens every quarter.

| Stat | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| **~50%** of Sitecore implementations | Still running on MVC, SXA, or on-prem cloud. Your install base, in a number. |
| **$100k+** typical rebuild cost | To move from MVC to React/NextJS on Vercel. The quote that keeps getting deferred. |
| **0** measurable business benefit | The client can point to for a rebuild, beyond "access to the new tools." |

## 02 - What dotBRIDGE does

**It keeps the client on .NET. And moves them onto SitecoreAI anyway.**

dotBRIDGE is a .NET-native bridge between your client's existing Sitecore investment and Sitecore's SaaS platform. Instead of rebuilding the site in React on Vercel, you port the rendering head to Blazor on Azure - using the same language, the same runtime, the same deployment pipelines your team and the client's team already run.

The data structures don't have to be rebuilt. We moved PING's own site from XM MVC to SAI in a couple of weeks. Not a prototype. A production migration.

### The path

- **From** - Sitecore XM / XP on .NET MVC. Azure IaaS, custom components, legacy CI/CD, a decade of content items.
- **Through** - dotBRIDGE Blazor head. .NET rendering head + 9 strongly-typed SDKs + SitecoreBlok.BlazorUI + blueprinted Azure hosting.
- **To** - SitecoreAI (SAI). Pages, Experience Edge, CDP, agent integrations. Everything Sitecore ships new, now reachable.

### Why it lands

- **Same stack** - .NET, Azure, existing CI/CD. Client risk assessment stays calm. No new runtime, no new vendor on the dependency tree.
- **Same data** - Item tree and templates carry across. No content re-architecture. The decade of custom work stays where it is.
- **New platform** - Full SAI access. Pages, Experience Edge, CDP, agent integrations -- the whole SaaS surface area opens up.

### Production proof

~2 weeks for PING's own XM MVC -> SAI migration. Not a prototype. A working system. We ran dotBRIDGE against ping-works.com.au first.

## 03 - The tooling

Nine SDKs, one UI library, one rendering head.

Most of dotBRIDGE is already in Partners' hands. The commercial piece - the SitecoreAI Blazor SDK - sits behind a private pilot programme. The rest you can pull today.

### Group A | Available now | OSS | MIT

**SitecoreBlok.BlazorUI** - a Blazor port of Sitecore's Blok UI library. 60+ primitive components, 85 pre-fabricated compositions, and 7,400+ Material Design icons in the box. Drop it into any Blazor project and your Marketplace plugins look first-party.

- Repository: github.com/PINGWorks-AU/SitecoreBlok.BlazorUI
- 145+ components - 60+ primitives plus 85 pre-fabricated compositions. Buttons, forms, tables, menus, overlays, page templates - the whole Blok set, ported to Blazor.

### Group B | Available now | Free NuGet | Strongly-typed

Strongly-typed interfaces over SitecoreAI and Experience Edge public APIs. Free to use in any commercial work you ship. Not open source - we maintain them; you consume them.

| # | Package | What it does |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 01 | SAI Sites SDK | Site and host configuration. Typed wrappers, full surface coverage. |
| 02 | SAI Pages SDK | Pages authoring integration. Hook into the editing experience. |
| 03 | CDP Guest SDK | Guest-side Customer Data Platform integration. |
| 04 | ExperienceEdge Admin SDK | Tenant and schema administration over Experience Edge. |
| 05 | ExperienceEdge Content SDK | Content delivery via Edge. The read-path, strongly typed. |
| 06 | ExperienceEdge Events SDK | Event streams. Subscribe and react with .NET idiom. |
| 07 | ExperienceEdge Publishing SDK | Publishing orchestration. Automate flight-paths from CI. |
| 08 | ExperienceEdge Agent SDK | On-instance agent integration. Bridge your own services in. |
| 09 | Marketplace SDK | For Partners building their own Sitecore Marketplace plugins. MIT. Free NuGet, *shipping soon*. |

### Group C | Private pilot | Under NDA

The rendering head that replaces Sitecore's Content SDK. Free when bundled with PING's white-labelled Azure hosting; nominal licence fee otherwise. Pilot Partners being selected now.

- **SitecoreAI Blazor SDK - the rendering head** *(licensed | under NDA | private pilot)* - replaces Sitecore's Content SDK. Renders SAI content from a Blazor head on Azure. The commercial core of dotBRIDGE. Free bundled with our hosting; nominal licence fee standalone.

## 04 - Your new services line

A migration your clients will actually sign off on.

Partners who run the dotBRIDGE play put a new, concrete commercial proposition in front of their MVC clients. The client isn't being asked to fund a rebuild; they're being asked to fund an upgrade path. The deal size is smaller per client -- and there are more clients who'll say yes.

### What you earn - a new services line, fully yours

- Professional services revenue on the migration itself.
- Ongoing services on the upgraded platform - CDP, Pages, Edge, agent integrations.
- Reseller margin on PING's white-labelled Azure hosting, if you bundle it.

### What your client gets - an upgrade, not a rebuild

- SitecoreAI access without a six-figure rebuild.
- Lower hosting costs. Benchmarked at 2,000+ pages/second on Azure -- faster than any plausible current need.
- Keeps their existing content architecture, CI/CD, team, and runtime.

### What PING does - the technical lane

- Licenses or bundles the SitecoreAI Blazor SDK.
- Provides opportunity sizing and qualification support.
- Offers team training, augmentation, or white-label implementation -- your call.
- Makes source-code access and escrow arrangements available on request.

---

## 05 - Our commitment to you (non-compete)

**We won't go around you. We'll sign that.**

PING is an agency. We have our own clients. We understand exactly why the Partner opposite the table is wondering whether we're here to help them -- or to case their client list.

We're not. We'll put it in writing.

Every dotBRIDGE Partner engagement includes a non-compete covering the specific clients the Partner introduces us to. In plain language: any client you bring to a dotBRIDGE conversation is yours, now and after. We work for you on that account -- directly as team augmentation, or invisibly as white-label -- and we don't pursue that client for our own agency work.

**This isn't a handshake. It's a clause.** Signed | per deal | in writing.

## 06 - The team

PING has been filling gaps in Sitecore's tooling since before they shipped tooling to fill.

dotBRIDGE is led by Richard Hauer, PING's CTO. Richard holds 15 Sitecore Most Valuable Professional (MVP) awards - putting him in the ten most-awarded Sitecore MVPs globally.

He's shipped Sitecore implementations for more than a decade, across every product generation Sitecore has released: WebForms, MVC, Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA), JavaScript Services for Sitecore (JSS), and now SAI.

PING isn't a new name arriving with an opinion about Sitecore. We're a contributor the community already knows.

- 15 Sitecore MVP awards | Richard Hauer
- Top 10 most-awarded Sitecore MVPs globally
- 145+ components in SitecoreBlok (OSS)
- 9 SDKs shipping as free NuGet packages

## 07 - Engagement models

Five ways in. Pick whichever the deal supports.

The services menu is deliberately plural. Some Partners want training and internal capability. Some want invisible white-label delivery. Some want source-code access so the SDK sits under their control. Pattern-match your situation to the one that fits.

1. **Opportunity sizing** - you describe the client estate, we size the migration. No charge to qualify.
2. **Training** - your dev team learns dotBRIDGE from the people who built it. One-off or ongoing.
3. **Team augmentation** - PING engineers embed in your delivery. On your letterhead, your methodology.
4. **White-label implementation** - we deliver the migration end-to-end, you own the client relationship.
5. **Source-code access / escrow** - for Partners who need the SDK under their own control. Available on request.

## 08 - Book the call

**Thirty minutes. One conversation.**

Tell us about your stuck Sitecore clients. We'll tell you what dotBRIDGE can do against each of them, and what the commercial shape of a partnership would look like. If it doesn't fit - no pitch, no follow-up list. If it does - we sign NDAs, size the pilot, and start.
