Insurance Line is Australia’s #1 provider of direct life insurance in Australia & part of TAL. Their website required a brand refresh, as well providing support for a TVC campaign.
The Solution
We delivered a new site that integrates directly with Insurance Line's call centre to close the loop on all leads generated by the various TVCs and marketing campaigns. Key new functionality included: Lead Generation forms, Click to Call/live chat, Quote/Application functionality, and Online Self-Service (managing users details).
